This solution was developed in eleven different languages and saved this organization hundreds of thousands of dollars in new development fees.

> Developed and delivered an innovative solution for Synchrony Financial to provide Walmart with IPad-based marketing/training solutions for store credit card promotions for store personnel to approach customers to inform/and sign up for a Walmart credit card while shopping. - Created "just-in-time learning" snippets to empower retail store personnel all across the nation to walk customers through the credit card application process to ensure that any customer, in any store, could complete the purchase, for any item they wanted instead of losing a sale.
